PopOk Gaming 

We utilised our CAD & CNC robot cutting techniques to craft the squirrel's body, tail, and helmet from dense polystyrene, ensuring size and shape accuracy for the final product. The goggles, arms and legs were more delicate and had finer detailing, so these were 3D printed parts to be added on later.

The rest of the project was hand finished by our amazing technicians. The helmet went through a process of being filled and sanded, then the helmet's stripes were meticulously marked out, spray painted and lacquered to achieve a polished and professional finish.

To bring Poki to life, the polystyrene body and tail were patterned, cut, and covered in fur, while the 3D printed arms and legs were flocked. The fur was then trimmed and painted to match Poki's Cheeto orange colour. 

The result was a visually captivating model that sat proudly looking over PopOk's stand at ICE LONDON 2024.
